Turning a Static Venue Map Into an Interactive Guide

Creative Strategy · UX · Interactive Development

The Challenge
A national nonprofit needed a more usable way for attendees to navigate a large, three-level convention venue.

The Approach
I developed the concept, creative brief, and wireframe, then built a mobile-friendly interactive guide in Ceros featuring clickable locations and session information.

The Results
The guide generated 2,028 unique visitors and 8,065 interaction clicks, with 67% of visitors interacting with the map. Staff and attendees responded positively, and the static backup map was never needed.

My Role: Creative strategy, UX planning, development, and client collaboration.
